Joseph Farrar because he is tasked with managing the team that implements all the UC innovations of iPILOT.

Microsoft shutting down Azure Communication Gateway, Azure for Operators and selling Metaswitch.

Making the right use of AI.

What technology will have the greatest impact on your business in 2025 and why?

AI integration will provide the greatest impact. We anticipate multiple aspects of AI and uses in several different areas. The interesting part about AI is figuring out what is the best way to use and how can it add value to different aspects or your technology. Is it behind the scenes, customer-facing, and/or all the above?
