Growing the Cavell research business to help a record number of customers understand their markets better.

The Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) – they have impacted the unified communications space by promoting sustainable ICT practices, bridging the digital divide, and advocating for ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Their efforts have led to a more sustainable, inclusive, and ethically governed industry.

What was your biggest business surprise in 2024?

Alianza acquiring Metaswitch.
