Who is your business hero and why?

Jeetu Patel is my business hero because of the way he emphasizes creating products that people love.

What’s the biggest business mistake you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

We once forgot to remove an R2D2 graphic that moved across Cisco devices screens on May the 4th.

What’s the most inspirational book you’ve ever read and why?

The Power of Full Engagement is the most inspirational book I’ve read because it teaches the importance of rest and recuperation to perform at the highest level.

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role in 2024?

We’ve seen massive momentum in AI over the past two years – but we haven’t seen the tip of the iceberg yet. The way we collaborate will massively change in the next few years. AI is ushering in a new era of productivity.
