LeapXpert has acquired StartADAM, a cross-platform messaging startup, to elevate its suite of business communications and customer experience solutions.

The deal brings StartADAM’s entire team, technology, and IP under the LeapXpert umbrella, and more importantly, infuses LeapXpert’s platform with advanced AI capabilities and deep CRM connectivity. It also brings a product that slots neatly into LeapXpert’s aspiration of making business messaging smart, secure, and synced across the kinds of tools your teams and clients genuinely use.

Dima Gutzeit, Founder and CEO of LeapXpert, commented:

This is a natural evolution for our product and mission. StartADAM’s innovations in AI, Slack, Discord, and CRM will be deeply embedded into our platform—unlocking powerful new capabilities for our customers. It’s another important step as we scale the platform across new verticals, channels, and intelligence layers.”

For IT decision-makers and digital transformation leaders, this acquisition intends to offer smarter, more connected, and fully governed messaging across your organisation, especially with the lines between consumer messaging apps and business tools continuing to blur.

“StartADAM shares our belief in intelligent, responsible business communication,” added Avi Pardo, Co-Founder and CBO of LeapXpert. “The team and technology align perfectly with our vision. We’re excited to welcome our new team members as we continue expanding globally—organically, and through acquisition—to deliver the most complete solution for governing modern communication channels.”

What This Means for IT Leaders

This acquisition is particularly relevant for IT, communications and collaboration leaders looking to modernise comms without compromising governance or user experience. As messaging increasingly becomes a default mode of internal and customer interaction, the pressure is on to bring structure, security, and strategy to every conversation.

With StartADAM’s capabilities now embedded in the LeapXpert platform, organisations can offer teams the freedom to work in the tools they prefer, whether Slack, WhatsApp, or Discord, while ensuring that every interaction is captured, governed, and connected to business systems. That’s a win for compliance, but also for operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, real-time AI insight helps agents and employees prioritise faster and respond smarter. Deep CRM integration ensures no conversation gets lost or siloed. Multi-channel governance also allows IT teams to scale messaging strategies without introducing risk or shadowing IT.

Perhaps most importantly, this illustrates how the conversation has moved well beyond simply recording messages or enforcing policy. Now, the focus is on extracting value from data, context, and insight, and elevating communication into a strategic advantage.

For IT leaders, that means better visibility, and for the organisation as a collective, it means potentially transforming messaging from a compliance challenge into a competitive edge.

What the Acquisition Brings to the LeapXpert Platform in Detail

First, LeapXpert’s AI engine, Maxen, now gains StartADAM’s real-time intelligence capabilities, aiming to deliver live conversation analysis, summarisation, and actionable insights across teams. This is pitched as insight as you go, helping frontline staff and decision-makers respond faster and with greater context.

Second, the platform’s channel support continues to expand. New integration with Discord is underway, catering to modern business users already embracing the platform. It will join LeapXpert’s existing list of governed channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Signal, WeChat, iMessage, and LINE. Slack integration is also getting a major upgrade, with users now able to message clients on apps like WhatsApp directly from Slack, with all the governance and compliance LeapXpert is known for.

Finally, LeapXpert is introducing deep, native CRM integration. Messaging data now flows both ways between the platform and Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring contact history, conversation context, and records are always up to date. The result should be cleaner workflows, more personalised service, and complete visibility across every client interaction.
