European UCaaS specialist Enreach has nabbed Wrexham-based Pace Telecom for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1993, Pace specialises in business telephony, mobile and broadband and has a customer base of around 1,000. Its acquisition is intended to strengthen Enreach’s presence in the UK market and comes just a month after the official launch of the Enreach UK brand.
By the end of 2021, Enreach plans to have launched a product roadmap for the UK market, covering its group-wide portfolio, including CCaaS, chat AI, EPOS and mult-channel sales solutions.
“By adding Pace Telecom to Enreach here in the UK we are able to further improve on the products, services and the overall experience we provide our customers,” stated Duncan Ward, CEO Enreach UK.

Pace Telecom’s CEO, Jamie Hughes, will step back from the business with immediate effect and Pace Telecom brand will be integrated into Enreach’s over the coming months. Its remaining management and staff will stay with the organisation.
