For nearly 30 years, Enterprise Connect has been the leading conference and exhibition covering unified communications and collaboration. Uniting IT and communication decision makers alongside the industry’s leading vendors, analysts and consultants the event centres on issues that impact enterprise networks and communications. Tens of thousands of attendees and a huge selection of sponsors and exhibitors will flock to the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Conference Centre for the event which runs throughout this week. The week represents a cornerstone of the industry’s busy calendar.
Consisting of a variety of thought leading panel discussions, keynote speeches and a three day exhibition, Enterprise Connect, always showcases the best the industry has to offer in terms of innovation and forward thinking. As well the selection of thought-leading speakers the three day expo gathers together a huge number of vendors catering for all areas of UC&C technology. Also as one of the largest conferences of its nature, Enterprise Connect provides the perfect platform for those vendors in attendance to announce their latest updates and this year will be no different with a host of announcements expected.
UC Today will be in attendance this year to bring you follow up analysis on all the news as well as some opinions from the industry’s leading influencers. Some of the vendors and sponsors have already announced news in advance so we’ve scoured through the 140 separate announcements to take a look to see where the biggest stories might emerge.
Calabrio is launching the latest version of its customer experience intelligence platform, Calabrio ONE. With a radical redesign, new UI and powerful embedded analytics, Calabrio ONE aims transforms the way organisations work by providing AI-fuelled insights. You can also expect big news at Cisco who will showcase new intelligent enhancements to their collaboration offers which integrate Calling, Meetings, Team Collaboration, Customer Care and Devices enhancing their premise of cognitive collaboration. Over at Logitech, their latest solution Logitech Tap, a touch control display that makes collaboration rooms easy to deploy and use, will be on show for its U.S. debut.
UC Today will also be heading over to the LogMeIn booth to hear about their new UCC brand that brings together the company’s comprehensive portfolio of communication and collaboration products into a unified offering. The company will also be demonstrating a brand new integrated UCC product as well as a fully redesigned video conference room solution.
The main event news may well surround Plantronics Polycom who will have their latest devices and services on show designed to enhance human connection and collaboration. They will have their native Microsoft Teams and Zoom experiences, business-grade headsets, video conference technologies, and cloud-based analytics all on show at their booth.
Talkdesk, potential CCaaS unicorn, will show its award-winning enterprise contact centre offering, backed by an industry-first 100% uptime SLA, and there might also be further news on their latest platform enhancements.
During the event we will also be visiting Panasonic who are set to announce the release of their KX-TPA68. Their next-generation cordless communication terminal is designed to help increase collaboration among employees. Finally, perennial disruptors, Zoom Video Communications will be showing its video-first unified communications platform, including new integrations and features for its Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms and Zoom Meetings platform.
