Exertisβ parent company, DCC Technology, has formed Exertis North America to manage the operations of its AV firms Jam Industries and Stampede.
The distributor entered the North American market three years ago with the acquisition of Stampede, a Pro AV distributor. That same year it acquired Canadian firm Jam Industries, which specialises in Pro Audio, MI, and CE distribution.
Marty Szpiro, current President and CEO of Jam Industries, will serve as President and CEO ofΒ ExertisΒ North America.Β Stuart Frenkel, Jam Industriesβ CFO, will become the new President of the renamedΒ Exertis/Jam.
Stampede β rebranded asΒ ExertisΒ in 2020 β will operate under theΒ ExertisΒ Pro AV banner led by John Dunne, President and Managing Director.
