GoTo Connect and GoTo Resolve arrive in Austria

GoTo is expanding its operations in Europe by bringing its GoTo Connect and GoTo Resolve products to Austria. 

The move follows recent product launches in Italy and Southeast Asia, including Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia. 

The flexible-work software provider, GoTo, is targeting small to medium size Austrian businesses with its UCaaS application, GoTo Connect, and IT management and support product, GoTo Resolve.

GoTo revealed its Austrian market size by quoting Austria’s Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs as saying SMB businesses make up 99.6% of all domestic Austrian companies. 

The company also believes the pandemic is pushing these Austrian SMB companies into flexible workstyles and cloud solutions, which can be facilitated by its product offerings. 

According to GoTo, the company’s international expansion and new global partner program are building on its growth, its 99.999% uptime and experience with zero trust security.

GoTo Connect & GoTo Resolve 

GoTo Connect is a customizable cloud-based telephony system. The new UCaaS solution incorporates collaboration features, call management, video meetings, contact centre capabilities and more into a single, unified application. 

Additional features of GoTo Connect include deep Facebook integrations for customer-facing teams, WebChat widgets, and more. 

GoTo Resolve is designed to simplify IT management and support, utilizing various GoTo technologies, including a new conversational ticketing and support toolset. 

Zero trust security architecture in GoTo Resolve keeps endpoints safe from cyber-attacks and supply chain vulnerabilities. All sensitive actions, such as automation tasks or remote access, are treated with an always verify approach. 

GoTo Resolve can be integrated in minutes, and its prices range from a free option up to “very reasonable”, according to GoTo. 

GoTo Partner Network 

GoTo also has a new GoTo Partner Network, designed to help its partners grow their businesses. 

Current and new partners may receive marketing, integration or sales partner investments. 

The program has a tiering model of benefits depending on performance levels to provide further revenue opportunities for partners. 

GoTo is a UCC (unified communications and collaboration) and IT management and support provider with 3,000 global employees and offices in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. 

Earlier this year, the company underwent a rebranding, changing its name from LogMeIn to GoTo.
