The Cisco SolutionsPlus Program has added Kurmi’s UC provisioning platform as the exclusive management provider on its Global Price List. 

Kurmi’s full software suite will be available for Cisco customers transitioning from on-premises to cloud solutions or hybrid setups, enabling faster access to UC automation.

Cisco’s SolutionsPlus Program is a catalogue of products to help businesses find compatible solutions which match their requirements.

“We help IT administrators with a number of capabilities from workflow automation, reporting, role-based access control, zero-touch provisioning and support for Webex Suite and Contact Center.

Kurmi says its solution is a robust and scalable way to manage the complexity of moving away from on-prem systems via a single user interface. 

The company also said it had demonstrated its ability to reduce unified communications and collaboration (UCC) management costs by up to 80%, which was benchmarked when it released Kurmi-as-a-Service in March.

The software is easy to configure to customer needs and enables integration with third-party applications, according to Kurmi.

Kurmi Software is a unified communications and contact centre software solutions provider. 

It aims to reduce administration costs and provisioning times for UC-CC platforms, including videoconferencing, telephony, email and messaging, and other collaboration apps.

Kurmi’s software suite manages leaders in UC such as Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, Avaya, and others.
