A new year often brings new resolve for self-improvement or trying new things. For Mondago, the new year brought about a major overhaul of their website. This is more than just an update for the sake of aesthetics, their new site represents a renewed focus on their core strengths in the telephony and CRM space. Marketing Executive, Rachael Neel, breaks down how the site now showcases the new direction for Mondago.

What prompted the new look for the Mondago website?

Rachael Neel: The last update to the website before now was in 2015, so we needed to bring it up to date. The way our business model functioned in 2015, was also different than how we operate today. We have changed the way by which we promote our business. Previously, we were very focused on white-labelling our products for partners. Our partners would request a white-labelled solution to fit into their own product set. Although this is still an important part of our offering, now, our partners do not always see a need for changing the product’s name, they often see more value in preserving the industry-known Mondago brand.

How will the new design aid in customer engagement?

Neel: Now that our website is a one-stop shop for information, companies interested in our solutions can use the site as a reference point to get all their answers. Even our partners’ patrons can come to our site and learn more about the platform that supports their service provider. Customers can come here and find their CRM or Business System application and discover Mondago products that enhance their existing tool.

What are some new components of the redesigned site?

Neel: Now we are including all the platforms that we work with. One of the newest parts of the website is the use of the home page to list that we support a very wide range of telephony platforms. That’s just one way for service providers and manufacturers to find pertinent answers quickly. We’ve also included more about our CRM integrations. We have Standard integrations and another offering called Controlled. All our products include the standard integrations, but now the products listed on the site include more data on the specifications and how those elements can benefit an organization. We also advise our customers to refer to the product-specific websites as there are differences in each Standard integration available by platform. Those product websites can be located on the new Mondago site as well.

What stands out most about the revamped website?

Neel: The redesign of the Partners page is impactful and is very noteworthy. Some of our partners frequently reach out to us to make sure that their branding is accurately represented on our side. Also, it shows how important our relationships are to the success of Mondago. We have a very long list of CRM integrations and through partnerships with the application’s parent company we can achieve a deeper level of integration, like call logging functionality and click-to-dial straight from a customer contact record within the CRM.

What do you hope users take away from this new look for Mondago?

Neel: Our new site is now focused on who we are and what we do. The overall goal of the updates that we have made is for existing and potential partners to be able to find enough information to know they should start talking to us. Now that we’ve pivoted the focus of the site to be more of a reference point, users will be able to find the answer to a question or the solution for an enterprise problem. For, example the home page now prominently highlights our three core business offerings.

“We provide CRM integrations, we develop products that provide solutions, and we do this across many telephony platforms. So instead of listing multiple developer solutions or bespoke OEM products and features, we want to lean into the three elements of our business that makes us stand out in the industry”
