PanTerra has added Microsoft Teams Connector Seat and Add-On to enhance its collaboration offering.
The Teams integrations will seamlessly connect to and improve the UC service provider’s telephony infrastructure, enabling basic calling capabilities and optimised UCaaS functionality.
Panterra describes the integrations as “powerful options to interoperate”, which provide increased flexibility to collaborate across platforms.

The Teams Connector Seat adds basic Streams telephony capabilities for Teams users, such as unlimited inbound and outbound calling.
Connector Seat is designed for businesses using Teams as a front-end for users and as a telephony feature management system with reliable back-end infrastructure.
For businesses looking to use advanced UCaaS features, PanTerra also offers a Teams Connector Add-On, which can be connected to current PanTerra Streams seats on Business, Professional, and Call Center).
The Add-On lets users interact within Teams while adding call queues, find-me/follow-me call routing, hunt groups, auto attendants, detailed analytics and reporting, and other UCaaS features.
Admins can configure and manage these features via the Panterra Streams admin portal.
