Currently the UK’s most robust and popular provider for multi-media interaction based recording solutions and contact centre applications at an advanced level, SVL Business Solutions, recently achieved a definitive agreement that allowed them to obtain 25% equity share in “Liquid Voice.” Liquid Voice is a leading developer in the market for enterprise-level contact centre solutions and call recording opportunities – representing a perfect mix of company capabilities. According to the sales and marketing director for SVL Business Solutions, Mr. Peter Gough, the latest investment is a representation of SVL’s inherent long-term strategy to become more diverse as a business. Over the years, the company has battled to consolidate their position as the leading provider in the UK of public safety solutions for control rooms and contact centre services. For SVL, the Liquid Voice investment allows them access to a range of the “latest generation solutions” designed to perfectly complement their existing portfolio of exceptional services and products. They believe that the investment will allow them to expand their customer base significantly across various market sectors.
Expansion Begins
Following the investment, SVL Business Solutions have begun to establish a new division in their company which will be used to offer the Liquid Voice product range as well as the current range of “Smartvoice” solutions for PCI compliance, contact centre training, and customer satisfaction solutions. The new division will be expected to run in parallel with the existing sales and support solutions for SVL, which will be continuing their focus on the NICE range of high-end interaction recording solutions and contact centre applications including real-time solutions, robotic process optimisation, quality management, WFM, and customer feedback, as well as analytics. The latest investment is intended to allow for the accelerated development of the current SVL platforms, while additionally supporting the expansion of the business son a global scale, according to the co-founder and managing director of Liquid Voice, Chris Berry. He commented that Liquid Voice have already forged a strong relationship with the management team in SVL, and feel confident that they will be able to maximise new business opportunities together, while establishing their presence within the markets of public safety, finance, and contact centre solutions.
Liquid Voice Expands
For some time now, Liquid Voice has harboured aspirations to develop into various new international territories after they have established their presence in the APAC region. As such, this new move helps them to meet their ambitions in terms of market growth. SVL Business Solutions will be taking a strategic approach in supporting and selling Liquid Voice products to help ensure that no impact will come to its longstanding NICE relationship. Up to this point, the company has made many significant investments into NICE products, and the company will continue to be SVL’s biggest business partner in the EMEA region.
