Microsoft and BT have announced a partnership that the pair claim will âshape the future of voice callingâ.
The deal will see BT move its Global managed voice services to Microsoftâs cloud.

Microsoft said that the âunique partnership paves the way for the development of revolutionary new cloud-based products and servicesâ for both BT customers and the telecoms industry.
It added that Operator Connect, which is currently in public preview, will unlock new business models and revenue streams for BT.
