Voxnube and Altigen Communications have partnered to provide a full range of Microsoft Teams solutions to European businesses.

By bringing together Voxnube’s Teams voice calling with Altigen’s routing solution, it will enable enterprises in Europe to use Teams as their go-to communications and collaboration platform.

Voxnube is a UK-based voice cloud specialist, while Altigen describes itself as a “leading Silicon Valley-based Microsoft Cloud Communications Solutions provider”.

Mike Hejsak, CEO of Voxnube, spoke about the growing appetite for Teams:

“As more companies begin to operate in an increasingly online and decentralised business world, the rate of adoption of Microsoft Teams by companies of all sizes has exploded.

“Organisations that have adopted Teams are now increasingly migrating from their legacy PBCX and UCaaS platforms to Teams Phone, as evidenced by the 45% year over year growth in Teams Phone users.

“This creates opportunities for both Altigen and Voxnube, as our core market continues to expand.

“We’re delighted to be working with Altigen to drive these opportunities home.”

Voxnube’s end-to-end platform offers tools for provisioning, managing, and adding applications to voice calling using Teams.

As a result, enterprises can provision SIP Trunking, DDI Numbers, and calling plan bundles through a single interface.

Businesses also gain external calling via Teams, intelligent and direct routing, and applications for analytics, contact centre, interactive voice response, call recording, and more.

Altigen, on the other hand, provides fully managed unified communications services for Teams phone systems.

Its cloud PBX and omnichannel contact centre offerings natively integrate with Teams Phone System and Office 365, enabling essential business communications.

Jerry Fleming, President & CEO at Altigen, commented: “There’s a growing opportunity for European enterprises to expand and optimise how they use Teams for collaboration and communications. With the right solutions, enterprises gain new agility and flexibility within their organisation and are able to adapt to changing user behaviours.

“Voxnube is an ideal partner for Altigen, as it has the knowledge and expertise to successfully deliver our Teams-based solutions.

“Voxnube has been instrumental in opening doors for Altigen to both enterprise customers and global telecom resellers so we can bring our solutions to more customers across the UK and Europe.”

Voxnube observed that Teams currently has over 300 million monthly active users around the world. Furthermore, Teams Phone is the market leader in cloud calling with over 80 million monthly active users.

In October 2022, Voxnube adopted a new partner offering between Coolwave Communications and Callroute that allows customers to automate the provisioning of voice services on UCaaS and CCaaS platforms.

Voxnube was the first to take up the offering, which it will distribute to Coolwave and Callroute’s global partners, in exchange for call routing, number management, and user provisioning solutions to add to its own portfolio.
