The company recently announced the acquisition of Portal Voice and Data, for an undisclosed price. This new purchases come soon after a successful acquisition of the VIA brand in January.
Portal Voice and Data is a supplier of telecommunication solutions from Norfolk, offering telephony, data, cloud, and VoIP connectivity. The new acquisition will help to further establish Wavenet’s position in the UK landscape, building on Portal’s two decades of maintenance and telecoms expertise.
Building a Stronger Market Position
According to the Managing Director for Portal Voice and Data, John Corney, this new acquisition is a fantastic step forward for the company’s staff and customers. The Wavenet team has been committed to making the acquisition process very easy for Portal Voice and Data, and the acquisition will lead to a massive boost for all customers, giving them access to a large portfolio of technology and telecoms services, as well as first-class tech and customer support.

The CEO of Wavenet, Bill Dawson, also commented on the acquisition.
