Yealink made a strong impression at InfoComm 2025, held June 11–13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, where it unveiled a full lineup of intelligent collaboration solutions under the theme “Innovate Workspaces with AI.” Attendees got a first-hand look at Yealink’s expanding vision for the future of hybrid collaboration and AI-powered meeting spaces, alongside key partners including Microsoft and Intel who attended to showcase joint innovations.

Next-Gen Products: MeetingBoard Pro and More

Yealink kicked things off with their flagship “Unlocking Innovation” live product launch event on June 11, placing the spotlight on the newly enhanced MeetingBoard Pro. The latest evolution of the MeetingBoard series features upgraded audiovisual performance and deeper AI integration, reinforcing its reputation as a cornerstone of modern workplace communication. Designed for flexibility – from huddle rooms to mobile deployments – the MeetingBoard Pro builds on Yealink’s commitment to plug-and-play simplicity and platform compatibility, with certifications from both Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

AI Across the Ecosystem

Beyond hardware, Yealink demonstrated how AI has become a foundational layer of its ecosystem. From chipset-level innovation to full workflow automation, the company emphasized end-to-end intelligence. The MVC S40 Plus bundle, an evolution of the award-nominated MVC S40, was a standout. Powered by Qualcomm’s QCS8550 processor and equipped with the MTower center-view camera, the enhanced meeting room system leverages real-time AI analytics and is set to integrate with Microsoft Copilot.

“In the AI 3.0 era, intelligent agents aren’t just assistants – they’re becoming decision-makers,” said Dawson Cai, VP of Product at Yealink. “We’re designing systems that help teams move faster, think more clearly, and collaborate with confidence – because the right insight, at the right moment, changes everything.”

New Audio Standards for Large Rooms

For larger meeting spaces, Yealink introduced its SkySound solution – a premium ceiling-level audio system enhanced with intelligent video capabilities. The offering underscored Yealink’s goal to become a true one-stop shop for enterprise-grade collaboration, balancing quality, intelligence, and seamless integration.

Hands-On Experience and Live Demos

Throughout the three-day event, guests could book customized booth tours of medium and large meeting rooms, led by Yealink solution engineers. The open floor featured four themed demo zones, each spotlighting a specific use case. These hands-on experiences allowed visitors to envision how Yealink’s solutions could be applied to their own workspaces.

Security Built into Innovation

Amid rising cybersecurity expectations, Yealink introduced a new line of Android-based devices developed on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). This marked a significant step toward ensuring more secure, enterprise-ready endpoints – particularly important for organizations handling sensitive data.

Looking Ahead

At InfoComm 2025, Yealink made clear that they’re not just building devices – they’re creating comprehensive, future-ready ecosystems. With AI serving as both tool and strategy, the company is set to continue delivering tailored, scalable solutions for hybrid work and enterprise collaboration.
