Come and “Rethink Innovation”
The theme for this year at BroadSoft Connections is “Rethink Innovation“. This responds to the BroadSoft annual business survey, which suggests that adoption for UCaaS will see a growth of around 45% by 2020. Additionally, a McAfee report suggests that within 15 months, about 80% of all IT budgets will be placed within the cloud. In this year’s conference, BroadSoft will be re-examining the migration path to the UC world, in an attempt to improve customer experiences and business productivity.
To help inspire new solutions among attendees, BroadSoft Connections will also feature Breakout sessions. For instance, one session called “One Size Marketing Doesn’t Fit All” will address the growing nature of the cloud contact centre market, and how companies need to adjust their sales and adoption strategies to suit the diverse needs of each market segment. At the same time, technical sessions, like the application update for the contact centre, will provide a review of the BroadSoft CC-One product.
For those interested in exploring the growth of the cloud and the possibilities of UC, BroadSoft Connections could be an incredible opportunity to get together with your peers and discuss the future of technology in the changing marketplace. Here, vendors and partners will be able to find new ways of using the BroadSoft portfolio to expand opportunities in their environment.
