The Hosted VoIP telephony market grew 24.37% to 2.7 million seats (source: Cavell Group) in 2016 and the forecast is for it to keep increasing until 2025 when BT is due to end ISDN services. This provides a 7.5 year window to capitalise on growth of this exploding market.

UK based network service provider Inclarity Communications offers Hosted VoIP and associated services. Their go-to-market strategy has historically been through a network of reseller Partners. More recently they have been adapting their services for integration into solutions offered by VARs and Systems Integrators. However, their largest area of channel growth is with independent Agents, for example; IT support organisations, Utilities providers, office move contractors etc., who can easily identify the need for VoIP telephony services within their current customer base.

Inclarity’s Agent commission rates are highly competitive; for example an agent who sells two mid‐sized systems (circa 20 seats each) every month would expect OTE to be in the region of £64,800 per year after 12 months.

Enzo Viscito, MD at Inclarity, says:

“trends in business communications are becoming increasingly mobile, cloud-based, and focused on functionality. As the market for VoIP widens, our resellers and agents have even greater potential to improve their recurring revenue and commissions. We offers full training, pre/post-sales support and marketing services, there is no better time to talk to Inclarity.”
