Leading provider of outsourced switchboards, answering services, and webchat for large and small businesses throughout the UK, Moneypenny, has just announced some significant growth. The company has extended services within the US with the acquisition of Ninja Number and VoiceNation. Currently, the numbers behind the transactions haven’t been disclosed.

VoiceNation is one of the top award-winning solutions for bilingual telephone answering. Ninja Number is a business phone application, delivering virtual phone systems to entrepreneurs. Both companies were founded in 2002 and are based in Georgia.

A Plan for Consistent Growth

Moneypenny already stands out as one of the fastest-growing companies in its sector, with 20% growth year over year, and offices across the UK and South Carolina. The company delivers outsourced telephone answering, switchboard, and other tech-enabled services to businesses of all sizes. Moneypenny also handles 15 million chats and calls annually for its clients.

Co-founder, Ed Reeves, introduced investment for Moneypenny in 2018 from the ECI Partners company, to help drive the brand forward in its ambitious plans for growth. This new acquisition will take the US revenue of the brand up from 10% to over 25%. Moneypenny also plans to make further acquisitions to help sustain growth in the future. Already, the future looks good, with demand for Moneypenny’s services increasing at a significant speed.

As companies continue to look for new ways to improve the way that they interact with customers, Moneypenny is offering cutting-edge services and solutions. Paired with the new acquisitions, with VoiceNation, Moneypenny will have access to a quality virtual receptionist solution which works with business owner mobiles to make managing communications simple.

Welcoming a New Stage of Growth

CEO of Moneypenny, Joanna Swash, said that she’s thrilled to be welcoming Ninja Number and VoiceNation into the Moneypenny environment. The award-winning and successful brands will help to completement the successful services that Moneypenny can already offer its clients. Both Graham Taylor, Vice President and Jay Reeder have built a fantastic business, according to Swash, and she’s excited to support the company’s future growth.

Co-Founder of Ninja Number and VoiceNation, Jay Reeder, noted that the team is excited about the new opportunities that this next phase represents for the business. The company has enjoyed working with Moneypenny on the deal and appreciate their honest and open approach to working together. Reeder believes that MoneyPenny is an excellent fit with both the VoiceNation technology, and their fantastic culture and ethos.
