Daisy has appointed Neil Thompson as Group CFO.
Thompson’s predecessor Steve Smith is vacating the position to take the reins as Corporate Development Director at the company.
Thompson joins from his previous role as Chief Financial Officer at Manchester Airport Group (MAG), he was part of the executive team that more than trebled earnings over a seven-year period and created successful international, digital, and property development arms to drive MAG’s airport services.
He also oversaw several acquisitions during that period, including MAG’s successful £1.5bn bid for London Stansted airport, together with leading its inaugural and subsequent public market bonds and private equity issuance to drive further growth.
