The Flourish app for Teams essentially works as a feedback collection chatbot that you can use to boost team engagement and performance. You will need a Flourish account to use the integration (pricing starts at approximately $6 per user per month). The Flourish Teams app is available for download on Microsoft AppSource. You can also visit the application store from the left navigation pane on your Teams window to install Flourish. Here are its key features:
- The Flourish chatbot – The Flourish chatbot delivers surveys and feedback notifications to employees at regular intervals. You can communicate with the bot in a natural language, and the bot can respond intuitively and informally.
- Prebuilt feedback surveys – You can send short pulse surveys to your employees using the Flourish Teams app. The company provides customers with various templates covering everyday productivity and well-being scenarios. For example, you can check if structure and order are properly maintained in a remote teamwork environment. You can check on stress levels. And you can even investigate roadblocks faced by specific teams. Employees will receive the survey as a simple question asked by the bot, and they can respond with an answer between 1-10.
- Team feedback analysis – Flourish automatically analyses the feedback response provided by employees to give you actionable insights. These insights are organised based on their priority level and curated in your chatbox until you are ready to act on them. You can also visualise analytics results in the reports module of the central Flourish platform.
- Multiple concurrent surveys – Flourish lets you run several ongoing surveys in Teams orchestrated via careful scheduling. There are scores of survey templates to choose from, spanning categories like a team environment, team performance, and business development. You can also upload custom surveys as necessary. Each survey may have up to three questions, and you can toggle a question on/off at any time from the scheduling dashboard. Surveys can be configured so that they are automatically conducted every week, every month, every quarter, or as a one-off activity.
- Open-ended statements – Employees can respond with a score between 1-10 and add their opinions, feedback, thoughts, and ideas as open-ended statements. These are included in the survey results for a more comprehensive understanding of employee sentiment.
