Zoom is introducing enhancements, incentives, and support programs to strengthen its partner program.

The Zoom Up Partner Program aims to empower partners and offer a clear path to growth and success.

The 2.0 version of the Zoom Up Partner Program is set to launch in early 2024, featuring revamped partner levels named Silver, Gold and Platinum to align rewards with partners’ investment in Zoom.

The program will offer tiered rewards based on the partner’s level and performance.

Partners achieve Platinum level by demonstrating knowledge and skills across the Zoom portfolio through obtaining multiple product competencies and showcasing breadth and depth of expertise.

Existing partners will automatically transition to their corresponding level at launch and will immediately have the opportunity to move up the levels.

Todd Surdey, Head of Global Channels and Business Development at Zoom, emphasized the significance of providing partners with the right tools and resources to facilitate their growth and success, acknowledging their critical role in Zoom’s growth.

“Because partners play a critical role in Zoom’s growth, we recognize that they must have the right tools and resources readily available to forge a clear path to expand and succeed,” said Surdey.

“This next evolution of our partner program will unlock unparalleled opportunities and profitability for partners, and I look forward to the continued acceleration of the Zoom growth in collaboration with our partner network as we carry forward in this next chapter.”

The upcoming phase of the Zoom Up Partner Program will be available to all partner types, focusing on empowering partners to grow their practice alongside Zoom. This includes providing high-quality solutions and services to customers and achieving greater rewards and profitability.

New Programmes

In addition to these enhancements, Zoom said it will provide various offerings and resources to assist partners in their practice development and selling journeys.

These offerings include the Partner Customer Success Program, Partner Support Program, New Partner Licensing (NFR) Program, AI-Powered Marketing, and Workvivo for Referral Partners.

The Partner Customer Success Program enables partners to handle post-sale customer relationships, aiming for mutual growth through increased adoption and renewals of Zoom services.

The Partner Support Program categorizes technical support levels based on partner investment, providing more control and faster issue resolution for partners and customers.

The New Partner Licensing (NFR) Program, formerly PUDL, offers entitled partners comprehensive collections of internal-use licenses to demonstrate Zoom solutions effectively. This program is linked to Zoom Up, allowing for quick awarding and provisioning of licenses.

Zoom’s AI-powered marketing empowers partners to create AI-generated Zoom content for marketing campaigns in over 150 languages.

Workvivo, an employee experience platform acquired by Zoom this year, has been integrated into Zoom’s product suite, enabling referral partners to refer leads and earn commissions from Workvivo sales starting in September 2023.

Additionally, Zoom has a Strategic Service Provider Program, a specialized track within Zoom Up designed for Telecommunications Carriers, focusing on collaborative solutions and technical integrations.
