More Information On Biamp Workplace
Biamp Workplace’s key features include a comprehensive suite of Evoko room and desk scheduling tools, real-time device monitoring, system alerts, and remote management capabilities for firmware updates.
It also offers extensive usage analytics and centralised administration. The inaugural version of Biamp Workplace provides support for managing and monitoring Tesira digital signal processors (DSPs), Devio SCX conferencing hubs, Tesira and Voltera amplifiers, TesiraLUX video encoders and decoders, and Evoko scheduling panels.
The platform promises future expansions with additional Biamp product integrations on the horizon.
The Biamp Workplace interface offers a streamlined experience for users to assess their deployed AV assets, with sorting options by site, building, room, and other categories. It delivers actionable insights based on usage data, aiding in informed decision-making for AV resource allocation.
The platform’s robust filtering capabilities enable users to tailor the dashboard view to specific device groups, models, or locations according to their requirements.
Biamp insists that Workplace enhances the established Evoko Workplace scheduling system, offering a comprehensive management solution for the entire Biamp ecosystem. Users can now provision Evoko rooms and desks, deploy updates, monitor system health, and utilise intelligent analytics tools for a more integrated experience.
Biamp’s 2024 So Far
In April, AVer and Biamp partnered to produce a groundbreaking camera tracking solution.
The collaboration between Biamp and AVer harnesses the data from Biamp Parlé conferencing microphones, which feature advanced Beamtracking technology. This enables the automatic activation of AVer cameras, focusing on active participants during a conference. This integration ensures that every participant, regardless of location, feels fully engaged and visible throughout the meeting, fostering a more inclusive and interactive experience.
Last month, Biamp celebrated its upgrading of Thunderbird Global Management School’s AV and collaboration technology.
The partnership involved the AV solution provider working with the Phoenix-based institution, a member of Arizona State University, alongside Phoenix HT Consultants and Tech Providers, Inc. The collaboration aimed to modernise 140 classrooms, lecture halls, and collaboration pods at Thunderbird’s Phoenix campus. This upgrade included custom AV technologies designed to enhance the educational experience for students attending in-person, remotely, or in hybrid learning environments.
