Martello has announced that the Martello Microsoft 365 Partner Network will empower enterprises with access to an array of partner solutions.

Martello, a prominent provider of Microsoft Teams user experience management solutions, intends to bring together MSPs, Microsoft Gold VARs, and complementary product vendors, including Martello Vantage DX, to produce differentiated Microsoft 365 and Teams solutions in one cohesive ecosystem.

More Specifics On The Martello Partner Network

The Martello Partner Network is pitched as offering several key benefits.

Martello says partners gain access to innovative tools like Vantage DX, which help strengthen and differentiate Microsoft 365 offerings. Additionally, partners receive sales and technical enablement, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.

The network also provides go-to-market support, including co-branded collateral, lead generation strategies, and co-selling opportunities, all of which aim to drive revenue with superior digital experience management.

Martello outlines that the Partner Network is also expanding with new key players.

Perception Integrate, a UK-based AV integrator, will deliver proactive monitoring for Microsoft Teams Rooms. Technical Director Adam Southgate said, “This partnership empowers us to proactively alert clients to potential Teams Room performance issues.”

Meanwhile, LoopUp aims to address the demand for a single global provider for Microsoft Teams Phone. VP Sales Michael Boggia noted, “LoopUp brings a key business function, telephony, into Teams. That means identifying issues in Teams and assigning accountability is critical, which makes Vantage DX an excellent complement.”

Entergrade Solutions offers enterprise-grade cloud solutions to maximise Microsoft 365 value. Co-founder Michael LaMontagne stated, “With Martello, we ensure optimal performance and an exceptional user experience for our clients.”

In July, Martello unveiled an “industry first” Microsoft Copilot 365 user experience management solution for enterprises.

Martello has upgraded its Vantage DX platform with new features aimed at maximising the value of enterprise investments in Microsoft’s premium services, such as Copilot 365, Teams Phone, and Teams Meeting Room. According to Martello, these enhancements are specifically designed to optimise user experience and help businesses achieve a strong return on investment for these high-end Microsoft offerings.
