RingCentral has partnered with PCI Pal to bring compliance and strengthen payment security via its platform.

“Our integrated partnership with PCI Pal enables organizations to enhance their customer engagement strategies whilst also securing payment processing activities,”

The integration enables organizations utilizing RingCentral’s cloud-based contact center solution, RingCX, and RingEX to seamlessly access PCI Pal’s cloud-native secure payment technologies.

PCI Pal’s Security and Compliance Powers

Specifically designed for contact centers, PCI Pal is a secure payment solution that allows businesses to accept payments from customers over the phone, online, or in person.

The partnership with RingCentral aims to extend its offering to businesses using RingCentral by integrating it into the platform.
