Having crashed onto the collaboration scene this year, Canva has expanded its offerings by partnering with PDF and eSign provider Nitro to offer enterprise customers the convenience of purchasing both platforms together with “attractive bundle discounts.”
Known primarily for its graphic design toolkits, Canva has been busy expanding into the workplace platforms and collaboration space, releasing its Visual Suite 2.0 update last month.
Designed to serve as an end-to-end business content engine, the update conveys a significant statement of intent—legacy docs and collaboration platform providers, we’re coming for you.
“This partnership with Nitro isn’t just about adding features – it’s about helping businesses remain flexible so they can scale and innovate quickly,” said Rob Giglio, Chief Customer Officer at Canva.
By combining Canva’s intuitive design platform with Nitro’s enterprise-grade document solutions, we’re delivering both powerful functionality and exceptional user experience to meet the needs of today’s businesses.”
The offering aims to create a seamless solution for creating, sharing, and managing documents efficiently, particularly for teams at enterprise firms managing complex document and design processes.
The bundle includes full access to Nitro PDF, Nitro Sign, and Canva Enterprise.
Combining Canva and Nitro could help multiple departments boost productivity and improve collaboration. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase Canva and Nitro solutions together with exclusive bundle discounts.
“For too long, businesses have been locked into inflexible, overpriced legacy systems that stifle creativity and productivity,” said Cormac Whelan, CEO at Nitro.
Together with Canva, we’re providing businesses with a compelling alternative to traditional workplace creativity and productivity tools and giving them the freedom to adapt to changing market conditions, while providing a great customer experience and maximizing return on investment.”
New Canva–Nitro Alliance Aims to Cut Costs and Complexity for IT Leaders
The partnership comes at a time when businesses are increasingly seeking solutions that reduce software complexity while enhancing team productivity and creativity.
By combining their capabilities, the pair are throwing down the gauntlet to other productivity suites and creating a new space and market where creativity meets collaboration.
“Businesses can save up to 50 percent by switching to Canva and Nitro,” a Nitro spokesperson said.
While taking on big-name providers like Adobe will be no easy feat, the companies believe their partnership will give businesses the flexibility to scale and innovate fast.
Canva Doubles Down on AI and Workplace Tools with Visual Suite 2.0 Launch
Last month, Canva introduced Visual Suite 2.0, an update designed to expand on its design offerings and act as an end-to-end business content engine.
The company unveiled a new set of AI-driven features designed to make data, design, and development more accessible for visual-first teams.
Highlights included Canva Sheets, a simplified, design-friendly spreadsheet tool; MagicCharts, which uses AI to choose and enhance the best chart for data; and Canva Code, a natural language-based tool that lets users build apps and websites without traditional coding.
In addition, the firm is expanding its ecosystem with deeper integrations into platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, and Salesforce, along with new APIs and SDKs to support custom workflows.
