Haptap has introduced a new service intended to make Microsoft Teams Phone management far less painful and far more lucrative for telecom resellers.

The new Haptap Call Manager for Microsoft Teams is a portal-based management tool designed specifically for the needs of MSPs, VARs, and resellers targeting small and mid-sized business clients. It automates much of the setup and day-to-day admin of Teams Phone Systems, aiming to enable partners to roll out managed services quickly, affordably, and at scale without the need for deep Microsoft expertise.
