CentrePal has announced it has achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, further securing its contact center solution with Teams.

The certification demonstrates that CentrePal’s solutions have passed a certain threshold of data security and privacy.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is an internationally recognized standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), providing a systematic framework to manage and protect sensitive data through policies, risk assessments, and controls.
It specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an ISMS, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
The standard emphasizes risk management, legal compliance, and continuous improvement, helping organizations mitigate cyber threats, reduce breaches, and enhance operational resilience.
ISO 27001:2022 certification, therefore, validates that CentrePal has implemented comprehensive information security controls and risk management processes.
This process was undertaken to demonstrate the level of protection customer data receives using its solution via the delivery of its cloud-native contact center solution.
“This certification provides our customers with additional assurance that their data is protected by internationally recognized security practices,” Nissanka said.
The new certification opens CentrePal’s CCaaS solutions for Teams as an option for organizations operating in more regulated industries or those handling sensitive customer information.

Equally, the certification complements CentrePal’s existing credentials as a Microsoft 365 Certified Solution and Microsoft Teams Certified Contact Center Solution.
