The Qunifi team will be using AudioCodes to power its Call2Teams service, a cloud-based solution for cost-effective calling in Microsoft Teams.
The collaboration between AudioCodes and Qunifi will allow calling in Microsoft Teams to be delivered through existing on-premise and cloud PBX solutions. This should help enterprises around the world to give their employees a high-quality and reliable collaboration experience.
The Call2Teams service will be available via global network of cloud-based AudioCodes SBCs (Session Border Controllers) connected into Office 365‘s direct routing capabilities. This will deliver voice services directly to Teams’ users, and link employees to existing voice infrastructures around the globe.
Introducing Qunifi Call2Teams
Powered by both AudioCodes and Qunifi, Call2Teams offers a seamless experience between any PBX and the Microsoft Teams environment.
