GoTo is boosting user management with significant new integrations for its Miradore+ solution, including Google Workspace and Entra ID.

These Miradore+ updates complement other integrations across its IT management and support products and services, including for GoTo Resolve, LogMeIn Rescue and LogMeIn Central.

These upgrades are designed to simplify remote support and endpoint management for IT and support teams within their existing technology ecosystem. By streamlining workflows and resolving issues more efficiently, these enhancements aim to create a better experience for customers, IT admins and support agents.

Miradore+ Premium’s Integrations

Miradore Premium+ is expanding its support for identity solution providers with new integrations for Entra ID and Google Workspace. These integrations aim to streamline the management of device users by automating updates and using group filters to sync user information across the system. User and device data in Miradore is updated almost immediately, aspiring to reduce manual work and potential errors.

Additionally, these integrations enhance the protection of user identities and credentials in Miradore and simplify the process of assigning devices to new employees.

What Other Features Is GoTo Introducing Across Its Portfolio

Among the other new features being introduced to GoTo’s portfolio are integrations for GoTo Resolve to enhance IT support efficiency. Agents can now initiate and share support sessions directly within tickets generated in Jira Service Management, ConnectWise Manage, Freshdesk, and Halo’s ITSM and PSA service solutions. GoTo Resolve automatically populates these tickets with details from the support session, saving time and resources by removing manual data entry.

Meanwhile, Rescue is bolstering its library of APIs and integrations with a new Jira Service Management integration and an improved Salesforce integration that includes additional security safeguards. With these updates, IT teams can trigger remote sessions with one click, share session details with customers in their preferred solution, and automatically capture session data in a ticket or case file.

Lastly, Central now features a remote support module add-on powered by GoTo Resolve, providing teams with a quicker and more efficient method for offering ad-hoc support across desktop and mobile devices. This add-on introduces a zero-download remote view and offers more flexible options for users to join support sessions. These remote support features, combined with Central’s existing capabilities, aim to offer IT admins an excellent solution for both reactive and proactive remote support.

GoTo Boosts Connect With A New Webinar Experience And CX Upgrades

Last week, GoTo enhanced its Connect platform with over 40 new features, including a new Webinar experience and several new compelling CX capabilities.

Recent advancements aim to enhance business communication by consolidating tools into an integrated technology suite. These improvements are designed to streamline workflows, enhance data analytics, and facilitate seamless interactions, with the revamped GoTo Webinar experience standing out in the UC landscape.

GoTo Webinar has rolled out several updates to improve virtual event hosting. The new GoTo Webinar Standard provides a comprehensive solution for managing virtual events, featuring customisable layouts, breakout rooms, an enhanced question pane, and real-time audience reaction tracking.

These features are now accessible to all GoTo Connect customers through the updated GoTo application.
