Global leader in cloud communications, Sinch, recently announced a strategic partnership with technology innovator Adobe. The solution reimagines global marketing engagement solutions with mobile users through multiple campaigns across a wide selection of chat applications. This offering was introduced by the two companies as part of the Adobe Summit.

Sinch has a successful history of teaming up with Adobe and similar leading providers in the cloud to deliver quality messaging solutions for partners, capable of creating best-in-class mobile experiences. By leveraging the flexibility and power of the underlying omnichannel conversation API offered by Sinch, Adobe can offer Experience Cloud customers more interactions over conversational messaging channels. What’s more, users can access the solution without leaving the Adobe Journey Optimiser environment.

Creating New Messaging Experiences

The Adobe Journey Optimiser, which stands atop the Adobe Experience Platform, combines a host of valuable tools into one environment. Users can access journey orchestration, real-time profiles for their customers, centralized offer decision-making, and even AI or Machine Learning. This enables companies to build more personalized customer journeys. Journey Optimiser will also help companies to determine the next best interaction with speed and scale.

With Sinch, Adobe Journey Optimiser clients can easily and intelligently integrate messaging solutions into any stage of the customer journey. The Sinch Conversation API enables brands in building and optimising omnichannel interactions. The service offers amazing reach through a single API environment for multiple platforms.

Conversation API helps enterprises in viewing profiles, maintaining contest in conversations, and adding personalised touches to experiences. According to Gartner, 50% of businesses will be spending more on conversational applications this year than they do in mobile apps.

Strengthening an Existing Partnership

The updated collaboration furthers the existing relationship between Adobe and Sinch and ensures that Adobe customers have the power to transform experiences for customers on mobile. The SVP of Sinch Product Integrations and Partnerships, Vikram Khandpur, said it’s gratifying to deliver a solution that can help thousands of enterprises and billions of customers communicate.

According to the Product Marketing Senior Director for the Adobe Customer Journey Portfolio, Sunil Menon, conversational messaging is a massive paradigm shift taking place in the connection between consumers and brands. The Adobe team is thrilled to be working with Sinch to give customers the options of accessing a new integrated capability.
