Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage, has taken a significant step beyond its traditional remit with the launch of LocktonThrive, a proprietary employee wellbeing platform.

“As workforces face rising stress, shifting expectations, and increasingly diverse needs, wellbeing now plays a critical role in strengthening engagement, productivity, and long-term workforce resilience,”

said Cedric Luah, Head of People Solutions, Lockton Asia.

Developed in partnership with AI-powered engagement company AdvantageClub.ai, the initiative aims to help employers build a more connected, data-driven wellbeing strategy aligned with their workforce.

What LocktonThrive Does

At its core, LocktonThrive is designed to consolidate what has historically been a fragmented wellbeing landscape. Physical health programs, mental health resources, financial wellness tools, and social initiatives have long operated in silos. LocktonThrive brings all of these under one roof, powered by AdvantageClub.ai’s digital engagement infrastructure.

The platform, delivered by Lockton Services India Private Limited, is described as a plug-and-play solution, meaning organizations can deploy it without the lengthy implementation cycles that typically accompany enterprise software. For HR and benefits teams already stretched thin, that distinction matters.

For employees, the experience focuses on simplicity. Instead of logging into multiple systems to track a gym benefit or mental health app, users access everything through a single interface. The platform covers four wellbeing pillars—physical, mental, financial, and family care—and supports personalization, rewards, and recognition features that encourage sustained participation.

Speaking on the platform’s design, Sourabh Deorah, CEO and Co-Founder of AdvantageClub.ai, said:

“I’ve always believed that employee wellness shouldn’t feel like a complicated puzzle,”

she said. By powering LocktonThrive, we’re giving employees a single, easy-to-use platform to manage their health across physical, mental, financial, and family care. This not only makes it easier for employees but also increases adoption by removing inefficiencies.”

Part of a Broader Push into the Employee Experience Space

LocktonThrive does not exist in isolation. It is the latest move in Lockton’s broader expansion into employee experience offerings.

Recently, the company announced LocktonEngage, a flexible benefits platform designed to support employee benefits and engagement strategies. While LocktonThrive focuses on active wellbeing programs, LocktonEngage provides the infrastructure for benefits delivery, giving employees real-time access to their benefit details, spending accounts, and claims while allowing them to customize packages based on their circumstances.

Whether this represents a peripheral push or a meaningful step into the employee engagement market remains to be seen. However, the launch of LocktonThrive following LocktonEngage suggests the company is confident in scaling within the sector.

What This Means Going Forward

The launch of LocktonThrive signals that the employee wellbeing market is maturing. For companies not traditionally in the space, the growing influence of AI, renewed focus on people-centric strategies, and the evolving role of HR make this an opportune time to enter.

For employers, the value proposition of LocktonThrive is straightforward: a single platform that simplifies how employees access wellbeing initiatives and how employers design, deliver, and measure them, without requiring HR teams to become technology experts.

Ultimately, LocktonThrive reflects where progressive organizations are heading: away from fragmented point solutions and toward integrated, employee-centric ecosystems that treat wellbeing as a business-critical function. Lockton is clearly positioning itself as the partner to help organizations get there.
