Enterprise Connect, a staple of the UC events calendar, has kicked off its 2025 event with thousands converging on the conference for four days of insights.

With a number of major announcements already made, it’s shaping up to be a big one, not just because of what companies have had to say.

Yes, Enterprise Connect has itself announced that its 2026 event will take place in Las Vegas.

On the surface, this sounds like no big deal, but on closer examination, this represents the first time that Enterprise Connect has held its flagship conference anywhere else.

Examining Enterprise Connect

The move to Las Vegas next year is a curveball from the conference producers that may come as a shock to attendees.

Enterprise Connect is a leading conference and exhibition in North America that focuses on enterprise communications, collaboration, and customer experience. It has been running in one form or another for over 30 years. However, Enterprise Connect as we know it has been operating since 2011.

What’s more, every conference they have held since then has not only been in the same state but also at the same hotel.

Yes, for over 14 years, Enterprise Connect has been held at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida.

So not only will the new move see attendees get to grips with a new floor plan but also require them to travel across the country entirely.

For those who are veterans of the event, this may mean losing years of familiarity with an event layout you knew like the back of your hand. For others, it could mean a relatively short trip just got longer.

Yet it is not all bad. Beyond temperatures—which hover around the same number for both locations—attendees will be treated to a whole new experience next time they attend.

Enterprise Connect: Las Vegas

Being a year away, not too much is known about the agenda or associated events of Enterprise Connect 2026. However, information supports that Caesars Forum will be where the conference is held.

Caesars Forum is a state-of-the-art convention center in Paradise, Nevada, located just east of the Las Vegas Strip. Opened in October 2020 and owned by Caesars Entertainment, the venue spans 550,000 square feet and includes the world’s largest pillarless ballrooms, offering unobstructed views for events.

Designed for flexibility, the facility boasts over 300,000 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate up to 10,000 attendees. Although it doesn’t have hotels directly on-site like the conference in Orlando, it is directly accessible from nearby Caesars properties like Harrah’s, The LINQ, and Flamingo hotels.

The conference at the new venue will reportedly run from March 10–12, 2026.

Out with the Old, In with the New?

This relocation marks a significant milestone for Enterprise Connect.

Although many may lament the change—particularly if it increases their flight time—the move highlights one thing: UC is going places.

With an established name and having expanded its conference to now include some of the biggest names in the sphere, Enterprise Connect can make decisions it thinks will work best to deliver for its attendees without fear of losing out.

As usual, attendees can look forward to a great lineup of keynote speakers, cutting-edge technology showcases, and unparalleled networking opportunities—this time set against the dynamic and vibrant backdrop of Las Vegas.

Plus, the new event space promises capabilities that are sure to come in handy as the conference grows—including a raft of built-in networking and AV solutions.

So whether it’s the new event space, new groups of people who might attend, or even a new city opened up for exploration—Enterprise Connect 2026 promises to be monumental for more reasons than just leaving Orlando.
