We’ve always recognised individuals as part of the UC Awards, but this year we’ve gone a step further and created a whole new series to better recognise the people that keep businesses connected.
The UC Leaders Awards is one of several initiatives UC Today has launched this year to build a thriving UC community, alongside our UC All-Stars Series and our LinkedIn groups.
UC Today Publisher Rob Scott said: “I’m thrilled to announce the launch of the UC Leaders Awards, a platform dedicated to celebrating the true innovators and trailblazers of the unified communications industry. This is more than just an award—it’s our way of recognizing the people who are pushing boundaries, fostering inclusive cultures, and shaping the future of connectivity. We’ve always believed in the power of individuals to drive change, and this is our opportunity to spotlight those making the biggest impact. I’m excited to see the incredible talent that will emerge through these awards.”
Who Are the UC Leaders Awards For?
The UC Leaders Awards will recognise people across the full UC industry, from vendors through to channel partners and enterprises.
And it’s not just senior executives; we want to spotlight the rising stars, the unsung heroes, and the people fostering inclusive cultures across their organisations.

Every category will acknowledge the leaders shaping the unified communications community.
We want to credit these people by recognising their innovation, supporting diversity and highlighting their excellence.
What to Expect:
We’ll be revealing the categories soon, with applications opening on 2 September.
Once applications close, our panel of industry-leading judges will review the entries and decide on winners, who will be unveiled in a virtual ceremony this November.
The winners will earn the status of true Leaders in their field.
Our panel of industry-leading judges includes Mel Brue, VP and Principal Tech Analyst at Moor Insights & Strategy; Dom Black, Head of Research at Cavell; Kevin Cigler, Media Architect at Mitre; and more.
