Kramer has acquired the AVoIP business ZeeVee.
In a move that strengthens its portfolio of AVoIP solutions and services, Kramer stresses that it positions it “at the forefront of technological advancements in this domain”.
Kramer stated that ZeeVee, a pioneer member of the SDVoE Alliance, contributes cutting-edge technology and deep expertise, enabling Kramer to expand its portfolio and fast-track its growth and innovation trajectory. Kramer added that ZeeVee leads the charge in merging IT and AV, introducing groundbreaking solutions and adopting a visionary stance that has propelled the industry forward.

ZeeVee’s expertise, particularly in 10Gbps technology as a member of the SDVoE Alliance, facilitates large-scale and intricate deployments. Their medical-grade and certified product line not only broadens Kramer’s market presence but also synergises with Kramer’s other solutions in this sector.
Furthermore, Kramer purported that combining ZeeVee’s on-premises AVoIP management solution with Kramer’s cloud-based offerings, including Panta Rhei and Kramer Control, creates a formidable ecosystem for management and control solutions.

ZeeVee isn’t the first significant Kramer acquisition of the summer. The company also brought UK-based collaboration services provider Ashton Bentley into the fold.
Both companies assert that Ashton Bentley’s solutions enhance Kramer’s current offerings by providing an integrated and seamless approach. This strategic move enables Kramer to deliver a comprehensive audio-visual experience, offering a cohesive, end-to-end solution for hybrid conferencing.
