Q-SYS has introduced updates to its cloud-based monitoring and management system, Q-SYS Reflect, which allows for simplified deployment and scalability.
According to the audio, video, and control specialists, Q-SYS, the Q-SYS Reflect has become a critical part of the Q-SYS platform.
By integrating comprehensive monitoring into its full-stack AV platform, users can now utilise AI, data, and ‘cloud-manageable’ architecture.
David Judy, Director, Cloud & Control Product Strategy, Q-SYS, commented on its latest iteration of Q-SYS Reflect:
We are excited to roll out this improved Q-SYS Reflect offering with features that can drive better outcomes and a pricing structure that makes sense for how our customers do business.”
“This provides users with the tools they need to stay ahead of the curve with their systems and adapt to the evolving demands of the AV landscape.”
New and Improved: Q-SYS Reflect
Q-SYS Reflect includes real-time health monitoring for all connected Q-SYS Systems, including data for every Q-SYS product and third-party device. This results in the greatest uptime and performance.
Customisable real-time alerts are also integrated into email and messaging systems so that the correct notifications are delivered as part of daily user workflows.
Moreover, users are also gaining a full-stack AV platform capable of maintaining a complete AV infrastructure, with greater decision-making and automation for all AV applications and vertical markets.
That’s not all. The company also has an expanded platform offering in the form of Q-SYS Reflect Plus.
Reflect Plus provides extra entries, remote system management, and a control tool.
For example, it allows admins to help users from any web browser to get systems working.
It also allows you to change the system setting remotely, manage files, deploy firmware upgrades, and connect Q-SYS data to company IT management platforms using the Q-SYS Reflect API.
Q-SYS believes this will bring a “single-pane-of-glass view” to an infrastructure.
From a pricing perspective, Q-SYS Reflect Plus has been designed with a number of Q-SYS systems, instead of connected devices, in mind. This makes it easier for users to expand the system.
Rhys Matthews, Sales Manager UK & Ireland at Q-SYS, shared some of the benefits that Q-SYS Reflect’s update and Q-SYS Reflect Plus have to offer through a recent post on LinkedIn: “Unlock the power of cloud monitoring with Q-SYS Reflect!
“Q-SYS is proud to unveil the latest update to Q-SYS Reflect, enhancing your cloud-based monitoring and management capabilities. Enjoy real-time health monitoring, customizable alerts, to enable a full stack AV platform for enhanced automation and decision-making.
“Level up with Q-SYS Reflect Plus for optional enterprise-level remote management (with a simplified pricing structure) making it even easier to expand and scale your systems.”
Q-SYS has already made a number of headlines so far this year. Just last week, Yamaha joined the Q-SYS technology partner programme, enabling third party providers to integrate their technologies with those of Q-SYS.
Last month, Q-SYS announced key leadership appointments in Europe and APAC as part of its strategic expansion in key regions.
Finally, in April the company unveiled its VisionSuite Training Certification to give workers greater proficiency in AI-based intelligent collaboration.
