Two years after the debut of its original MeetingBoard, Yealink is back with the MeetingBoard Pro: an upgraded, more flexible solution designed to meet the evolving needs of modern meeting spaces. The core offering remains the same, though: a fully integrated video conferencing device that combines display, touch collaboration, and plug-and-play simplicity into one unit.

“The MeetingBoard has always been more than just a whiteboard,” says Ming Wang, Product Marketing Manager at Yealink.

“It’s a comprehensive solution for video collaboration, certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms, and built for real meeting scenarios – not just brainstorming sessions.”

What’s New in the MeetingBoard Pro?

The Pro version builds meaningfully on its predecessor with three standout upgrades.

First, it now comes in three sizes: 65”, 75”, and 86”. The addition of a 75” option fills the previously unaddressed gap between small and large room needs, making the device suitable for small to large meeting rooms, open spaces, and executive offices.

Second, the Pro now features a triple-camera system, each with 50MP resolution. This ensures crystal-clear video from every angle, no matter where participants are seated in the room. Add to that Yealink’s IntelliFocus AI, which highlights the last four active speakers on screen while maintaining a room overview, and the result is a much more dynamic and human-centered virtual meeting experience.

The third major improvement is a slimmer design, with over 20% of the weight shaved off. This not only reduces shipping and installation costs but also boosts mobility – an increasingly important feature for hybrid teams and SMBs looking to maximize the utility of a single device across multiple rooms.

Use Cases and Flexibility

One of the key selling points of the MeetingBoard Pro is its adaptability.

“We see customers using it in executive offices, traditional meeting rooms, open spaces, and even moving it between locations,” says Wang. The ease of movement is particularly valuable for companies that rent offices or use glass walls, where wall-mounted solutions aren’t feasible.

Beyond the built-in audio and video capabilities, the Pro can also integrate seamlessly with Yealink’s portfolio of professional AV accessories – from wall-mounts and floor stands to touch consoles and IP content sharing devices. These add-ons, sold separately, allow businesses to customize their setup for larger rooms or specific needs, all while staying within the Yealink ecosystem for maximum compatibility.

One Device, Multiple Benefits

The MeetingBoard Pro is not just about better specs – it’s about rethinking the traditional meeting room setup. Instead of a separate video bar and display, the Pro offers an all-in-one solution that simplifies purchasing, installation, and usage. This holistic approach makes it a compelling option for resellers and end users alike.

“It’s easier to sell, easier to install, and more powerful out of the box,” says Wang.

“Resellers don’t need extensive training, and end users get an integrated video solution plus a collaborative whiteboard, often within the same budget.”

Launched in late April 2025, the Yealink MeetingBoard Pro is a combination of performance, flexibility, and ease of use. For organizations seeking a future-ready meeting solution that scales with their needs, this new model checks all the boxes without losing sight of what made the original a standout in the first place.
