Cloud UC pioneer BroadSoft has entered the team collaboration market with the launch of its latest product.
Team One is an integrated communications, sharing and productivity app aimed at streamlining common enterprise software functions. From a single workspace, it allows users to launch a full range of messaging functions and UC applications.
The product has been launched to fill what BroadSoft see as a gap in the market between standalone enterprise messaging apps and cloud-based UC platforms.

All in one place
Team One integrates standard messaging functions such as email, IM and document sharing have been with the the mobile first cloud comms features of the company’s UC One application. These include click to call and live meetings, delivering HD instant video conferencing, screen sharing and group voice/video.
Real time sync via the cloud means that all content and history is instantly accessible on any device. This is further supported by integration with Broadsoft Hub, the company’s contextual intelligence software. Users only see the content, whether it be shared files or messages, they need for what they are currently working on, or their next meeting or call.
Team One is also integrated with more than 50 popular work apps, including the likes of Google Drive and Salesforce. It is designed with a broad set of configuration options so businesses can tailor it to their own workflow and processes.
Its task and project management features allow teams to create, assign and track tasks to create streamlined and efficient workflows. Advanced file sharing options ensure all colleagues are always kept up to date with version history and are working with the latest drafts.
