It’s no secret that the world has gone through a massive shift in the last year. The way we communicate, collaborate, and work has changed on a massive scale, and the evolution is still happening. The rise of the pandemic has pushed companies to make changes on a substantial scale, and it seems like there’s no going back to the way things were before.

So, what does the future of work look like? We’ll be hosting three speaker sessions from market leaders to discuss the possibilities of the workplace of tomorrow. These sessions aim to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the transformation all companies are experiencing today and what it might mean to you.

What to Expect from Each Session

Jay Latta
Jay Latta

Our first session is hosted by Jay Latta, an Emerging Technology strategist, boasting more than 35 years of experience in IT and industrial innovation. Jay’s passion for complex technologies and systems gives him a unique insight into the marketplace – something he’ll leverage for his segment.

The session, “The 3 C’s for the future of work, and how the pandemic shapes our expectations”, discusses how businesses have had to evolve at a more rapid scale following the pandemic while still acknowledging the needs of new generations, and transforming industries. Latta’s conversation around “digital Darwinism” will highlight how the past 12 months will make a significant difference to our future.

Amy Peck

The second session “Global Collaboration in XR – Changing how we work together,” comes from Amy Peck, the Founder and CEO of EndeavorXR. As the head of a VR/AR strategy and consulting firm, Amy stands out as a global thought leader in her space.

As part of the session, she’ll be discussing how practical collaboration tools are changing the way that we work together in a modern environment. Amy will also discuss the concept of cross-cultural exploration and XR in the digital workspace.

Katie King
Katie King

For session three, we’ll be hearing from Katie King, a keynote speaker, consultant, author, and trainer in artificial intelligence and business transformation.

Katie’s session will look at the topic of “Harnessing AI to ethically create unique customer experiences.” In this discussion, King will discuss the abundance of data available to companies today, and how customers expect brands to use that data to create more meaningful experiences and thereby retain their business. The keynote introduces some of the latest examples of AI in CX, and how companies can prepare for more intelligence in the future of work.

What Does the Future of Work Hold?

Although it’s impossible to predict what the future of the workplace might hold with any true certainty, it’s safe to say that we’ll be moving towards an environment that’s more intelligent, connected, and collaborative than ever before. The three sessions we’re hosting in this space are sure to give you and your team some food for thought as you prepare for the changes that 2021 might bring.

Make sure that you register today and tune in to learn more.
