3CX, a software-based open-standard PBX that works alongside popular SIP trunks, IP phones, and gateways recently announced the new development of their latest integration. The update means that it’s now possible for businesses to integrate their ConnectWise CRM solutions with their 3CX PBX.

The latest integration was designed to give ConnectWise users a chance to upgrade and improve their productivity solutions, and save time on various tedious tasks such as customer record searching and the creation of new contacts through the ConnectWise CRM.

The New Features of the ConnectWise Integration

3CX believe that the new collaboration should provide efficiency and improved performance for people using ConnectWise CRM. By downloading the latest plugin, users will be able to access a range of exceptional features for communication and collaboration, including:

  • “Click to Call” functions: This application launches calls straight from the ConnectWise environment, through 3CX using the “Click to Call” extension
  • “Call Journals”: All calls that are conducted by the users can be logged as call records within the CRM. This helps to ensure that all companies have access to accurate, essential data
  • “Call Pop-ups”: This feature presents the customer record for the person involved within the call to be brought up automatically. This unique solution helps to save call agents time when accessing crucial data about any specific client during a communication experience
  • Automatic contact creation: Finally, the plugin will allow for ConnectWise users to automatically create a new contact for their system when calls are received from unknown numbers

Using the New ConnectWise CRM Plugin
