8Γ—8 is bolstering sales channel relationships with the appointment of Claire Snow as Regional Vice President of EMEA Channel Sales.Β

Claire is set to be working closely with 8Γ—8’s channel partners, ensuring the needs of 8Γ—8 and its partners are aligned so that business can flow unimpeded through the channel to the customer. Β

According to 8Γ—8, the new appointment reflects the company’s commitment to the channel.Β

Keith Jackson, VP for International Channels, said: β€œGiven Claire’s background and contacts, it’s great to have her as part of the 8Γ—8 family.Β

β€œBringing her on board only reinforces the importance we place on good, solid relationships with our channel partners and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve in the months ahead.”

Before joining 8Γ—8, Snow worked at Avaya and Siemens Communications. She has over 20 years of experience working in the communications industry.Β

Throughout this time, she has amassed a strong reputation for developing and managing relationships with clients.Β

The new VP will applyΒ her knowledge of sales and commerce, which she has gained throughout her various job roles, immersion within relevant market sectors, and direct and indirect channels, to find and capitalise upon opportunities to grow and strengthen the company’s sales channel.Β

Claire Snow, Regional Vice President EMEA, Channel Sales at 8Γ—8, said: β€œChannel partnerships are vital to the success of 8Γ—8 and I look forward to developing our relationships and results further. There’s still so much we can still do with our channel.Β

β€œWhat impresses me here is that at every level of 8Γ—8 we are all about building solid relationships, that plays to my strengths and also demonstrates that we are committed to our channel strategy.Β

β€œWith the right relationships, we can ensure that we know exactly what our channel partners want and need.Β

β€œFrom there we can build the right models for them because channel business is never a case of β€˜one size fits all’, each partner brings their own unique value around our proposition.Β

β€œOur job is to find the balance between helping partners showcase that value, whilst maintaining a model and business offering that is not so bespoke it cannot scale.Β

β€œIt’s been so refreshing coming to 8Γ—8. It’s not a place that feels stuffy or corporate, everyone takes an interest in you and what you are doing and there is a real feeling of togetherness.Β

β€œI felt at home from my first day in the office, as everyone came over to talk to me, learn what I was doing and what my plans were.Β

β€œI can’t wait to see how we can develop our channel further and importantly, help our partner’s businesses grow in return”

8Γ—8 has recently gained customers including Cape Air, which believes 8Γ—8’s technology will improve its communications.Β

Advanced MD, a cloud-based patient management software designed for medical practitioners, deployed 8Γ—8’s XCaaS (eXperience Communications as a Service) solution to provide enhanced call quality, collaboration, and security.Β

8Γ—8 revealed in its company 2023 Q1 earnings call that it was planning to 10X its Microsoft Teams user numbers over the next two years.Β

The company’s Voice for Teams direct routing solution has already surpassed 200,000 users, which it says is one of the quickest user adoption rates in history.
