Through the Webex app, users can gain more mobility, plus features like voicemail to email transcription, call queues, auto-attendant, customised greetings, and more.
When it comes to messaging, the Webex messaging app allows you to communication with colleagues and customers more efficiently, without needing to navigate through long email chains.
Meetings are secure with end-to-end encryption and offer integrated video, audio, and content sharing from all devices from any location. It also has intelligent features, such as real-time translation and noise removal.

Partnering with Webex
Altafiber lists a few big reasons why it chose to partner with Webex.
OneΒ reason, of course, is that it is a 2023 Gartner Leader for UCaaS,. The report describes Cisco as a βrobust collaborative ecosystem, which includes a thorough portfolio of services, such as telephony, messaging, collaboration, meetings, and contact centre functionalities.
Webex by Cisco has over 13 million users and supports over 39 million cloud calling customers around the world, which is more than Zoom, RingCentral and any other provider.
The release of Business Calling with Webex comes as no surprise, however, as around one month ago the partnership between altafiber and Webex was announced, with the ambition of enhancing altafiberβs business calling solutions.
Sarah Frisbie, Director of Network Engineering at altafiber, revealed the news on LinkedIn: βAt altafiber, weβre dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to thrive in todayβs dynamic landscape.
βWith Webexβs reliable network, weβre able to offer a rich array of features and functionality tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses of all sizes. As a leader in the industry, Ciscoβs Webex platform was a natural choice for us.
