Unified comms and SIP trunking provider has acquired GoContact to enhance its CCaaS offering.
Portugal-based GoContact has contact centre operations in Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Angola and Colombia. Its cloud-native platform includes integrated omnichannel and AI-based solutions.

Broadvoice said the combined company will benefit from its leadership in the American UCaaS market and GoContactβs leadership in the EMEA contact centre market.
The UCaaS and CCaaS offerings will also create cross-selling opportunities.
