CallMiner has launched the CallMiner App Marketplace, its “one-stop destination” for conversation intelligence solutions.

The CallMiner App Marketplace, intended to support CallMiner product extensions and complementary partner technology apps and services, builds upon the business’s longstanding strategy of developing a partner ecosystem and network.

“CallMiner has always prided itself on being the most flexible conversation intelligence platform on the market, empowering our customers to easily integrate with other systems and leverage partners to get the most out of their CallMiner-supported programs,” said Scott Kendrick, SVP of Strategy and Alliances at CallMiner.

The CallMiner App Marketplace expands this vision, creating a destination to discover everything from CallMiner add-ons to technology and services from certified partners. Further, it represents an outlet for partners to acquire new customers and expand their businesses. We’re excited about the new opportunities it is going to bring to CallMiner customers and partners alike.”

The CallMiner App Marketplace enables partners to showcase their solutions effectively to CallMiner customers. Third-party service partners contribute their expertise in industry-specific solutions, staff augmentations, custom integrations, and more.

Meanwhile, technology partners who seamlessly integrate with CallMiner empower end users by providing enriched data and valuable insights. By leveraging the App Marketplace, CallMiner partners can tap into new business opportunities and create additional revenue streams.

The App Marketplace enhances the existing CallMiner ecosystem for its customers. It acts as a centralised hub, offering a clearer view of the various platform extensions available, including those developed by CallMiner itself.

The marketplace also features integrated solutions and additional services that can amplify the benefits derived from their conversation intelligence systems. Moreover, it facilitates a more rapid path to significant business transformation by maximising the utility of their existing investments.

CallMiner Partners with Microsoft to Boost AI Capabilities

Last year, CallMiner expanded its integration of Microsoft Azure AI to boost its platform’s AI and machine learning capabilities.

The partnership with Microsoft enables CallMiner to enhance its AI capabilities through a suite of Azure AI and Azure Cognitive Services. This collaboration allows CallMiner and Microsoft’s mutual customers to enact substantial improvements by sharpening customer intelligence and bolstering data-driven decision-making processes.

The alliance with Microsoft grants CallMiner access to early-release iterations of OpenAI models within Azure OpenAI, coupled with Azure Speech to Text. This integration empowers CallMiner to deliver enhanced accuracy and comprehension in machine-learned conversation intelligence.
