Deployed via 8Γ—8 Connect, the Automation Builder eases the workload for development teams and the reliance on developer infrastructure.Β Β 

The solution boosts customer experience by enabling various job roles, such as customer support and marketing teams, to build engaging experiences for customers.Β Β

Features of the 8Γ—8 Connect Automation Builder include automated workflows, customisable iterations, and drag and drop modules for complex workflows, and pre-built templates.Β Β 

The solution also has a communication workflow builder for channels such as voice, chat, and SMS, and enhanced processes for marketing, customer support and operational managers.Β Β
