partnerCRM allows manufacturers and developers of desktop Unified Communications (UC) clients to embed Mondago’s extensive range of telephony CRM integrations directly into their own UC client, significantly reducing the complexity and cost of developing and maintaining their own integrations.
Typically, in the past Mondago has provided the complete desktop CTI and CRM integration solution to their partners and, whereas this remains a core part of their business, they also recognise that partners may already have well established desktop solutions and just need some help embedding CRM integration into them.
partnerCRM is designed to do just this. Mondago has developed hundreds of integrations into databases, business system applications, and CRMs over the past 10 years. Lee Mansell, Mondago’s Head of Product Management added, “With the relationships, we’ve made with over 200 of CRMs is exactly how we provide value to service providers. We have worked for almost a decade and a half to make those integrations work with our existing products. For a service provider starting from scratch, to try and achieve as many integrations is difficult. That’s where we’re very unique in the market.”
partnerCRM is a desktop application for Windows and Mac that, once installed, provides an easy-to-use REST API that their partners own desktop client can utilise to make telephony-based CRM Integration natively available within it. There is also a WebSocket to send events back to your client (e.g. make calls from click-to-dial methods).
