A recent report from the firm for independent analysis, DMG Consulting LLC has established Content Guru to be ranked as one of the most successful large cloud-based contact centre solutions in Europe. DMG Consulting are well-known for providing consulting and researched-based services that focus on contact centres, back-office operations, unified communications, and analytics.
