The EMIS integration software was developed by Mitel’s OEM partner and specialist CTI software development vendor, Xarios Technologies Ltd.
It’s important to note that this software is available as part of the Mitel MiVoice Application Suite which is developed exclusively for MiVoice Office 250 phone systems and includes features like call recording, call reporting, desktop phone manager and a smart-phone mobility app for Android and iOS devices.
When it comes to licensing, Mitel have made the EMIS licences simple and low cost. There are single licences, multi-pack bundles and site-wide licences available.
