Enreach has teamed up with Belgian service provider BeOne to strengthen its presence in Europe.
BeOne has chosen the UCaaS specialist’s unified collaboration solution ISTRA, which is a platform that can adapt to a company’s work style, offering a choice of channels, such as telephone, video or collaboration tools, and mobile applications. The platform also serves as the foundation for the firm’s strategy in its goal of becoming the European leader UCaaS solutions.
“ISTRA by Enreach will enable us to market an innovative unified communication and VOIP offer based on a secure and efficient architecture,” stated Pierre Garcia, President of BeOne Group.
“It allows us to strengthen our competitiveness by offering a solution that is agile, easy to use and perfectly suited to companies’ new ways of working. A few of our customers have already adopted this solution, and we will now begin marketing it on a large scale over the long term.”
BeOne provides its 2,500 customers with telecoms, network and next generation collaboration services. The ISTRA partnership replaces the open source solution it previously had in place.
The news comes hot on the heels of Enreach’s acquisition of Wrexham-based Pace Telecom in order to consolidate its presence in the UK market.
Pierre Vidalenc, Sales Director at Enreach for Service Providers, added: “Enreach is delighted to have signed this partnership with a player like BeOne group, and to access a new market in Belgium.
“BeOne Group’s skills and know-how will also enable us to acquire quickly new users looking for innovative unified communication services. The close support and flexibility of our teams was a key factor in BeOne Group’s decision.”
