When LeapXpert first launched, it was focused not just on enabling communication, but preserving the privacy and security of conversations taking place in an evolving landscape. The company noticed countless organizations using new tools, such as WhatsApp or WeChat for collaboration and customer service, without access to the right tools for data management.

Dima told me the business started with a focus on the banking and financial sector, where compliance issues are particularly challenging. However, as the world evolved and remote working became commonplace, companies everywhere found themselves looking for new solutions for compliance.

“We really had the right product at the right time, which allowed us to achieve significant traction in the last couple of years. Our focus on enabling responsible communication between enterprises and clients has made our solution extremely valuable to businesses right now.”

Part of what makes the LeapXpert solution so compelling is the freedom it gives companies. Businesses don’t have to change the behavior of their employees, or force them onto new applications. They can use the solutions they choose, and preserve consistent communication, without having to compromise on security and privacy.

“We’re giving companies access to the ethical walls, information barriers, and enterprise controls they need in environments that don’t natively have their own data leakage protection. We support whatever channels enterprise employees and clients need, and we provide complete security.”

Expanding the Go-to-Market Strategy

The LeapXpert platform can support companies of any size, from any background. Dima told me, right now, the company is working with financial institutions, law firms, and public sector companies, as well as accounting firms, and other professional teams.

While the company started in the messaging space, they’re also moving into the voice space, to accommodate the needs of companies with communications scattered over multiple channels.

“We’re building our connections with carriers, and expanding across as many geographies as possible. We also offer a range of ways to access our solutions. We have our SaaS platform, which allows anyone to onboard themselves onto the system instantly. We also have a go-to-market strategy with partners and resellers, so we can adapt to suit the needs of small and big companies alike.”
